MY INTRO

Coaching with me will focus on your goals, granting you the time to think and talk. That said, indulge me for a moment to introduce myself, so you’re confident I won’t tackle your problem for you, but instead guide your own self-discovery to get you to your next level.

I believe the secret to truly compelling coaching is to genuinely understand each client’s path. I achieve this by actively listening to your values and goals, and creating a trusting environment where you are free to have a voice. My expertise and personal experiences have led me to gain a deep understanding of coaching:

For just shy of two decades I was responsible for navigating senior management in their highly successful careers. I am no stranger to the challenges facing anyone seeking professional performance coaching.

I am also well versed in personal styling and image consulting. This, coupled with the professional know-how of headhunting, makes for a unique and comprehensive offering.

Born in Paris, of Vietnamese and French heritage, I am raising two warm-hearted mixed race daughters in London, alongside my British Black Caribbean husband. I’m attuned to the sensitivities facing ethnic minorities. Plus following my own career break, I’m conscious of the obstacles confronting women returning to work.

As an Associate Certified Coach, through the International Coaching Federation, I can offer a wide range of services to help you shape your coaching journey. Please do be in touch should you wish to set up a consultation.

MY JOURNEY

Studying ‘American and British Literature and Civilisation’ in my hometown of Paris brought me to London for a nine month stay, aged just 22. Wowed by language school in Cambridge, I then lived in Leeds for three years leaping onto the recruitment ladder.

In 2003, I ventured to London finding success in The City, initially in IT recruitment followed by headhunting in asset management and financial services. I rose to the role of Managing Director at Arq International, the executive search firm specialising in Global Transaction Banking. In that time I not only forged many careers, I also met and married my husband.

The arrival of two beautiful daughters signalled a career change. In addition to motherhood, I pursued my passion for fashion and style by launching an image consultancy, specialising in personal branding and executive presence. This gave me a platform to create professional outfits and provide interview coaching to empower women in their workplace.

Navigating family life and a global pandemic, I successfully completed the Barefoot Coach Training course for ‘Business and Personal Coaching’. I then stepped back into the working world as an International Coaching Federation accredited Associate Certified Coach.

MY OFFERING

You’ll discover that working with me is a thoroughly collaborative process, reliant on commitment from both parties. I offer transparency, sincerity and, of course, complete confidentiality.

I work with individuals and also with companies, retained to coach a host of their employees.

After our initial consultation, I will formulate a plan tailored to your goals - contingent on your needs, location and availability. I offer flexibility in both format (face-to-face, phone call, zoom…) and time-frame (weekly, fortnightly, monthly sessions…)

I can guarantee an introductory session to anyone who reaches out. Please be mindful there is currently a wait-list of a fortnight to onboard new clients.
